By accessing or using Tuneslice - Music management platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain ownership of all audio files, images, and other content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Producers may list beats for sale with various license types (Basic, Unlimited, Exclusive). When a buyer purchases a license, the producer grants the buyer the rights specified in the license agreement for that license type.
Producers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the terms of their licenses. The Platform facilitates transactions but is not a party to the license agreement between producer and buyer.
All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Buyers receive download access and license documents upon successful payment.
The Platform charges a service fee on each transaction. The remaining amount is paid out to the producer via their connected Stripe account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
